The best? para nako, kay Yuu Yuu Hakushu! kay ngano? grabeh iyang nabuhat sa Philippines Anime scene.. mao jud na ang nagrevolutionize sa anime here in the Philippines!
Pero best anim made as in? I can say is Howl's Moving Casle, although its not a series, its a movie... Created by Hayao Miyazaki, my favorite Animator EVER! kung gusto mo motan-aw, I'm selling DVDs 60 per cd ra sya... and DVD bah... nya look at the details, the way its drawn, and the story, you will be awed! plus its a family movie...
You can never say which anime is the best since lain lain man ang genre ana niya... pero kung robot robot and psychological kay I have to go with Neon Genesis Evangeleon...
Basta! depende ra man jud na sa unsay sikat, ang ato basihan kay kanang mga dugay na pero sikat gihapon like NGE, DBZ, and My Neighbor Totoro mga ing-ana bah....
ayaw modritso sulti ana na naruto na dayun ang best since kana man ang anime na sikat au karon although I have to admit na nindot sab jud bitaw ang naruto pero nibati sya tungod sa fillers, kung mosikat nasab ang Bleach, tan-awa mosulti nasab mo nga Bleach ang best, that's why you can never say that there is such a thing as best anime

murag wierd ako gipanulti but in short ra ana, naay nindot na anime nga kay sya ang nagrevolutionize sa anime scene sa country, anime na nindot karon, anime na nindot sa iyang genre, ug uban pa, pero wa jud kay masulti na best jud na anime because anime itself is best
