It has something to do with understanding and acceptance that intense feelings lessen, and memories become less painful. The end of once relationship does not mean the end of everything but it is a time for trying to settle differences and for completing unfinished business. Spend time with your family member whether crying(if mahimo) or laughing. These experiences will provide rich and beautiful memories......................na try na ni nako and it works.

mao man gud nay nakapakumot sa imong dughan pag ayu....xa mao ang nag tudlo nimo sa tunhay nimong kaputli... ako bay ang ako 1st love kay nawa lang ug kalit.... karon tawn bay... nana xa uyab pero ako rasad nga close friend.. mau rasd nuon kay nanaghan na nuon ako mga chx... na over grace..napuno sa grasya.... mau ng d nalang pangitaon kay mao ray moduol... parehas naku vah... follow the leader.. back to topic... d man jud nimo malimtan omong 1st love jud ... nag strive hard gud ka niya... so mao ng sakit kau basta e let go nimo sa dakong kasaun....  |

i can't even remeber the first time i fell in love..
isn't it unfair if your still remebering your first love then you are already with someone else..
am i right??
for me it's unfair....
yes it's true that it's hard to forget them pero we should learn to heal the wounds.. of the pas.. right?..
be contented with the present.. ad wait for the future..
past is past .. db??..
sakto ko noh?? anyweiz.. lain2x man ta tinuhuan.. pero this time.. i think i'm right..
though i have not really fogotten the last girl i waws with.. that's because la pa may girl nga ni-occupy sa big space nga iya gi-vacate sometime ago.. and i think that empty space would remain there for quite some time.. mnot unless this new girl knows that..
i like her...
and i want her to occupy that big space nga gibilin sa past love...

depende kon unsa ang imohang na experience sa imong first love! kung traumatic gani kaayo dont tell me dugay ka kalimot pero ang imong first love is nindot kana lisud gyud nmo kalimtan! but do yu believe that ur first love is called the puppy love?

As far as my hypothalamus has explore, Wa jpon ko kbalo sa answer ngano lisod e let go ang frst love. I usually, let the such love go. . .
